the team Actively participate in and implement the group level resource planning process Steer the Engineering and development team in EICP to ensure delivery of projects products to time and budget Report to the Appleton Leader at EICP and c losely work with Global engineering leaders and functional leaders for understanding product roadmap priorities and program management Develop and managing budget to fund yearly operations and infrastructure development Ensure projects programs are well defined prioritized tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner Interact with different leaders with in Appleton p roduct group to identify synergies and best practices and share work across other product groups for maximizing benefit Who You Are You will deliver messages past the status quo Additionally you will model collaboration across the organization For This Role You Will Need Bachelor of Engineering Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical and master s in design preferred Minimum 10 years of industry and leadership experience in product development preferably Lighting products for Hazardous location Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment within a complex global organization Demonstrated Change Leadership skills Demonstrated ability to influence experienced leaders in different functions Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to flex working hours to accommodate global time differences Experience of managing and mentoring engineering resources Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart Experience leading and executing engineering project teams that developed new products Experience in designing Industrial Lighting products preferably for Hazardous location with knowledge of IEC NEC standards Experience in manufacturing processes like plastic molding various casting processes Experience with Agile project management skills working across global teams Knowledge and experience of Recent Product
