we help companies across industries get ahead and stay ahead Powered by curiosity courage and innovation our teams implement data technology and AI to create tomorrow today Get to know us at genpact com and on LinkedIn X YouTube and Facebook Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Spiff Developer The Salesforce Developer will be integral to the Revenue Operations team bridging technical development and financial accuracy This role demands expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components and Spiff configuration to build robust scalable solutions that support complex commission structures In this role you will be responsible for below Responsibilities Salesforce Engineering Design and develop advanced Apex automations custom UI UX and data models tailored for Spiff integration Translate compensation manuals into technical Spiff logic manage package integration and own the end-to-end debugging process for commission calculations Lead analysis design development unit test and deployment on Salesforce platform as part of Agile cadence Build custom solutions on the platform using LWC Aura Apex Visualforce Implement standard Salesforce functionality including sharing rules roles profiles etc and use standard features including Workflow Process builder and flows to create solutions Execute integration testing with Apex test classes and maintain maximum code coverage Developing trigger batch class and scheduled job by maintaining best coding standards Write Apex using industry standard best practices and design patterns Maintain expert level knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices to scale implementations Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems either through custom API or middleware tools Work on production incident debugging analysis bug fixes service requests data loads minor major enhancements Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations team members Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications SkillsBS MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work technical experience Relevant years of Salesforce development mastery of Apex and platform best practices Relevant years with Spiff implementation optimization Deep knowledge of Revenue Ops Sales Cloud and integration best practices DevOps mindset version control CI CD and rigorous unit testing Preferred certifications Platform Developer 1 2 Preferred qualifications Skills Demonstrable experience designing and personally building Lightning pages for enhanced end user experiences Experience with Salesforce sites and Communities Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems REST SOAP API JSON XML etc Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices coding design guidelines and governor limits Excellent communication documentation and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize Passion for a fast-paced high growth environment Good to have experience in Conga Conga composer for energetic document generation Contract life cycle Contract approval Electronic Signature by conga sign Why join Genpact Lead AI-first transformation -
