All Posting Locations Gujarat IN Job Functions Global Business Services Date Published January 27 2026 Ref R-99695 ABOUT THE ROLE Job Title Supply Chain Capabilities Senior Analyst Job Purpose Serves as the link between global standards and market supply chain operations to build capabilities define and maintain process standards and drive governance and adherence across teams Ensures local SOPs onboarding materials and trainings exist and are current Plays a critical role in onboarding and filling urgent capability gaps to stabilize operations Establishes and sustains management systems fundamentals escalation plans backup plans service catalog process taxonomy learning and development plans SOP ownership and lifecycle to roll out processes that last and improve service and execution Essential Functions Responsibilities Build document and maintain process standards and SOPs aligned to global standards ensure localized SOPs work instructions templates and job aids are available and accessible Establish and maintain governance mechanisms and management systems fundamentals including escalation plans backup plans service catalog process taxonomy SOP ownership model and SOP review renewal routines with version control Drive adherence to standards and SOPs through monitoring reporting and coaching coordinate audits and corrective actions to close gaps Develop and deliver role-based onboarding materials and training curricula coordinate learning and development plans in partnership with functional leaders Act as rapid response support to fill urgent capability gaps across the team by temporarily backfilling critical routines stabilizing processes and handing over with SOPs and training o Maintain a centralized knowledge repository ensure knowledge retention through documented SOPs defined Owners and regular refresh cycles o Partner cross-functionally e g S OP Demand Planning Production Planning Availability Planning Logistics to harmonize standards resolve issues and sustain routines Measure capability maturity and governance adherence create and maintain dashboards and reports communicate progress risks and actions to stakeholders Facilitate and participate in operating rhythms e g daily weekly drumbeats monthly governance reviews to reinforce standards and address exceptions Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities update standards and SOPs based on feedback and outcomes Expected Experience Required Skills Hard Skills o Operational Execution and Administration process rollout sustainment and governance o Training Design and Delivery Onboarding Program Development o SOP Development Documentation Control and Lifecycle Management o Data Analysis Excel Power BI for adherence metrics dashboards and reporting o Supply Chain Process Knowledge o Planning Experience beneficial but not required Soft Skills o Risk Management o Communication and Coordination o Cross-Functional Collaboration o Attention to Detail o Time Management o Stakeholder Management and Problem Solving o Ownership and Follow-through JOB DESCRIPTION Reports To EU Planning Capabilities Manager Work Workplace Schedule Hybrid CET Time Zone Location s Ahmedabad - Venus Stratum GCC Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups Women Veterans Individuals with Disabilities Sexual Orientation Gender Identity and other protected classes
