About the Company Enfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies governments and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy Our role as a leading IPP is to develop finance build operate and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe Asia and the Americas through our offices in the USA Spain Italy UK Netherlands India and Japan Our team of over 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners About the role The Project coordinator will work along with PM for the end-to-end execution of wind projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and time with high QHSE while adhering to Indian regulatory standards This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams planning coordination with vendors preparing dashboards and reports and mitigating risks in the dynamic Indian renewables market Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation budgets and risk assessments for wind projects Oversee project execution including EPC Engineering Procurement and Construction coordination quality control and Safety Coordinate with development procurement engineering and other stakeholders for smooth execution of project Monitor project progress using tools like MS Project or Primavera conducting regular site visits to ensure safety environmental compliance and adherence to ISO 9001 14001 standards Identify and mitigate risks related to weather delays supply chain disruptions or policy changes and manage change order Prepare and present progress reports financial forecasts and post-commissioning handover documentation to senior management and clients Contract and claim management during construction phase Ensure all permits and approvals are secured for timely completion of the project Coordinate with site construction team to ensure timely construction of projects Requirements Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field 8-12 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years in the Indian renewables sector EPC or IPP experience highly desirable Proven track record of delivering large scale wind solar hybrid projects Preferred Experience with hybrid solar-wind or battery storage integration Knowledge of MS project Primavera MS office Power BI Skills and Competencies Planning Scheduling and Project management Robust expertise in budgeting scheduling and risk analysis and stakeholder management Soft Skills Excellent communication skill and Proficiency in MS Office Work Environment and Conditions Fast-paced environment with min 60 travel to project sites or more depends upon the project site conditions primarily in Rajasthan Gujarat Karnataka or as per Project Site In Enfinity Global you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries Here we will foster your professional and personal growth and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change Let s build our future together Visit www enfinity global to discover more about our culture and values
