We are seeking a Technical Support Associate with strong technical troubleshooting abilities and creative designing expertise in CorelDRAW The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in design work coupled with a solid foundation in IT support This role requires a blend of technical problem-solving and creative design skills to support both internal teams and client requirements Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users resolving hardware software and network-related issues Assist in installation configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications Utilize CorelDRAW to create edit and enhance designs for presentations marketing materials and internal documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions aligned with organizational needs Document technical issues resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles Ensure timely response and resolution of support tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in BCA MCA B Sc IT mandatory Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CorelDRAW designing Solid knowledge of IT systems troubleshooting methodologies and customer support practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
