Position Fixed Asset Verification Executive Department Audit Asset Management Location As per assignment Client sites Experience 1-4 years preferred Role Responsibilities Conduct physical verification of fixed assets at client locations as per audit scope Match physical assets with Fixed Asset Register FAR and identify variances Tag assets barcoding labeling and ensure proper identification Verify asset details such as description location serial number quantity and condition Identify and report missing idle obsolete damaged or unrecorded assets Prepare asset verification reports reconciliation statements and supporting working papers Coordinate with client personnel during verification activities Ensure compliance with company policies audit standards and timelines Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in data handling Support seniors managers during audits and special assignments Skills Competencies Good understanding of fixed assets accounting and FAR Basic knowledge of audit procedures Attention to detail and strong observational skills Proficiency in MS Excel MS Word Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel extensively if required Educational Qualification Graduate in Commerce Accounting Finance Management B Com preferred Key Attributes Integrity and professional ethics Analytical mindset Ability to work independently and in teams Time management and adaptability Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total work 1 year Preferred
