Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and drive our online sales channels The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce digital marketing and data analytics with a proven track record of growing online sales and enhancing the customer experience This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead cross-functional teams optimize our e-commerce platform and implement innovative marketing strategies Key Responsibilities E-commerce Strategy and Execution Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives Manage and optimize the online sales platform including website mobile apps and third-party marketplaces Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO SEM email marketing social media and display advertising Collaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for optimization Customer Experience Ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience focusing on site usability product presentation and customer service Implement and optimize user experience UX and conversion rate optimization CRO strategies Manage customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve the shopping experience Product Management Oversee product listings descriptions pricing and inventory management on the e-commerce platform Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure accurate and timely product launches and promotions Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability Data Analysis and Reporting Utilize data analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators KPIs and sales metrics Conduct regular analysis of website traffic sales data and customer behavior to inform decision-making Provide regular reports to senior management on e-commerce performance and initiatives Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce and digital marketing professionals Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field MBA is a plus Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role Robust understanding of e-commerce platforms digital marketing and online sales strategies Proficiency in data analytics and performance metrics Experience with Google Ads Meta Ads SEO SEM and other digital marketing tools Excellent leadership communication and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Skills Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify Magento or WooCommerce Knowledge of web development and UX UI principles Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 95 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
