Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT Training Centre Head to lead and manage our IT training department The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing training strategies managing trainers ensuring high-quality course delivery and aligning training programs with industry standards and organizational goals Key Responsibilities Lead manage and mentor a team of IT trainers Design develop and implement IT training programs and curricula Ensure effective delivery of technical training classroom online and hybrid Monitor trainer performance and trainee outcomes Identify training needs based on market trends and organizational requirements Maintain and update course content as per latest technologies Manage training schedules resources and budgets Coordinate with management sales and placement teams Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications Track training metrics and prepare performance reports Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT Computer Science or a related field 2-5 years of experience in IT training with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong technical knowledge in multiple IT domains such as o Networking Security o Cloud Computing AWS Azure GCP o Software Development o Systems Infrastructure Proven experience in team management and curriculum planning Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills Ability to align training programs with business and industry needs Preferred Qualifications Relevant IT certifications AWS Cisco Microsoft CompTIA etc Experience working with training institutes or corporate learning environments Knowledge of Learning Management Systems LMS Benefits Competitive salary package Leadership role with growth opportunities Professional development and certification support Cooperative and innovative work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
