We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of high-end interior projects The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual design skills a deep understanding of materials and finishes and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion This role requires leadership client relationship management and collaboration with architects consultants and junior designers Key Responsibilities Lead the design process from initial concept development to project delivery Translate client needs and objectives into functional aesthetically pleasing and innovative design solutions Prepare and present design concepts mood boards material palettes and 3D visualizations Oversee the production of detailed drawings specifications and documentation Coordinate with architects contractors engineers and vendors to ensure design intent is realized Manage project budgets timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations Mentor and guide junior designers providing feedback and fostering professional growth Stay updated on industry trends new materials and sustainable design practices Conduct site visits to monitor progress resolve issues and ensure design quality Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring repeat and referral business Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field 7 years of professional interior design experience preferably in residential hospitality or commercial sectors Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and successful project delivery Proficiency in design software AutoCAD Revit SketchUp 3ds Max Adobe Creative Suite etc Knowledge of building codes accessibility standards and construction practices Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills Solid project management and leadership capabilities Ability to balance creativity with technical and practical considerations Preferred Attributes LEED WELL or NCIDQ certification is a plus Experience working with high-profile clients and luxury projects Strong network of suppliers contractors and industry contacts Passion for innovation sustainability and user-centered design Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
