Key Responsibilities Create 2D architectural drawings including floor plans elevations sections and detailed construction documents Develop 3D models and visualizations for presentations walkthroughs and project approvals Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop creative and functional solutions Prepare interior exterior design concepts with realistic rendering Ensure all designs comply with building codes safety regulations and project requirements Perform site analysis measurement and support project planning Produce client presentations mood boards and design proposals Assist in project documentation BOQ creation and material specifications Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Architecture Architectural Engineering or a related field Min 1 year of experience as a 2D 3D Architect or Architectural Designer Solid proficiency in software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Revit 3ds Max Blender Lumion V-Ray Enscape Photoshop Illustrator Excellent design visualization and technical drafting skills Understanding of building materials construction techniques and architectural standards Strong attention to detail creativity and problem-solving ability Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience Interior design 1 year Required Work Location In person
