Job description We re Hiring Customer Care Executive II Female Preferred only Location Gurugram Experience 1-3 Years Industry Fashion Lifestyle About ANNY ANNY is a modern fashion-forward brand redefining luxury in India Were disrupting the market with globally inspired premium-quality collections that are both trendy and affordable filling the massive gap between low-quality products and overpriced designer wear From everyday essentials to statement outfits were the go-to destination for women who dress to express themselves Role We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the voice of ANNY Lifestyle Pvt Ltd and deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint This role requires strong communication skills empathy and a problem-solving mindset to handle queries resolve complaints and ensure a smooth post-purchase journey for our customers What You ll do Respond promptly to customer queries via email WhatsApp calls and social media DMs Manage order tracking returns exchanges and refund processes in line with company policies Provide accurate product and order information to assist customers in making purchase decisions Record and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments for timely resolution Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and returns Share customer insights and feedback with the team to improve processes and product experience Who You Are Female candidate with 1 - 3 years experience in customer service preferably in e-commerce or fashion retail Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Hindi Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach Familiarity with CRM tools order management systems and MS Excel Google Sheets Patient empathetic and able to handle challenging situations calmly Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment Requirements Candidate should be from Fashion Industry or Fashion Education background Valuable communication Skills Candidate should be Graduate Or Diploma in Fashion Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 32 000 00 per month
