Job Title Sales Support Executive - Ocean Air Freight Location Andheri About the Role KSM Marine Logistics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive with experience in Ocean Import Ocean Export and preferably Air Import operations The role involves providing backend support to the sales team handling documentation rate coordination and ensuring smooth communication with clients and internal stakeholders Key Responsibilities Support the sales team in preparing quotations proposals and presentations Coordinate with carriers shipping lines and airlines for rate negotiations Handle pre- and post-sales activities including documentation and follow-ups Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries quotations and bookings Assist in developing and maintaining strong client relationships Provide timely responses to client queries and ensure customer satisfaction Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution Requirements 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support Customer Servicein the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry Strong knowledge of Import Ocean Export Ocean freightprocesses Knowledge of Air Importwill be an added advantage Positive communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 560 000 00 per year Work Location In person
