Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with curriculum standards and cater to the needs of young learners Teach basic skills such as letter recognition counting shapes and colors through a variety of instructional methods including interactive games hands-on activities and group exercises Foster social and emotional development by promoting positive peer interactions conflict resolution and effective communication Assess and monitor each child s progress and development providing personalized support and feedback where needed Communicate with parents or guardians about their child s progress behavior and any concerns Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a comprehensive learning experience for students Maintain a safe and inclusive learning setting that adheres to health and safety regulations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in early childhood education or a related field Prior experience working with young children preferably in a classroom setting Familiarity with early childhood development theories and instructional strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with students parents and colleagues Patience creativity and a passion for working with young children Knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior guidance strategies Job Type Full-time Pay From 12 000 00 per month Location Banashankari Bengaluru Karnataka Required Work Location In person
