including but not limited to Paper Email SMS and Mobile App Push Notifications Core Responsibilities Developing templates on the inhouse platform -Raven Collaborate with Testing teams for E2 testing and validations Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum environments with the ability to drive sprint planning backlog management and end-to-end delivery Create solutions to complex technical challenges across various platforms systems of record and teams to deliver scalable and innovative capabilities Identify issues perform root cause analysis and lead corrective actions Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for prioritization capacity planning and risk assessment Good Communications skills and a team-player Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams Tech Compliance Testing Business Stakeholder Good to have experience conducting POCs to improve platform efficiency Solid sense of ownership with the ability to drive outcomes
