Core Responsibilities Creating Technical Drawings Develop precise and accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings blueprints and models using AutoCAD software Collaboration Work closely with architects engineers and other project team members to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed drawings Design Interpretation Review and interpret architectural and engineering sketches plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards and regulations Design Updates Incorporate design changes and updates into drawings ensuring all revisions are accurately reflected Documentation Maintain organized and accurate records of drawings files and project documentation Adherence to Standards Ensure drawings comply with relevant industry standards codes and regulations Problem Solving Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the drafting process Communication Effectively communicate technical information to team members and clients Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD Solid skills and experience using AutoCAD software and related CAD tools Technical Knowledge Understanding of architectural engineering and design principles Attention to Detail Ability to create accurate and precise drawings with a keen eye for detail Communication Skills Ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients Problem-Solving Skills Ability to identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the drafting process Time Management Skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines Software Proficiency Familiarity with other relevant software such as Revit or BIM software is often a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
