About Altir Altir is a product studio that builds top-notch software products for very select companies across various industries and stages of their lifecycle We help start-ups to Fortune 500 companies nurture and transform validated ideas into successful products by amalgamating efficient business technology strategy development and engineering capabilities We are a team of entrepreneurs engineers product leaders and designers who are builders and systems thinkers coming from some of the most iconic technology companies like Microsoft Accenture Apple Google and Salesforce We exercise thorough attention to detail at every stage - from product exploration to delivery integrating technology automation and our teams expertise into the mix We infuse our prowess from the consumer and enterprise worlds into every client s business Our customers work with us to be their force multipliers disrupters and to help them create unfair advantages As a Senior Product Manager you will lead an internal and occasionally external product group composed of multiple Product Managers and will be accountable for product outcomes across the Altir portfolio You will collaborate closely with internal and customer stakeholders to define user journeys set product priorities and manage multi-quarter product roadmaps You will partner with designers TPMs and engineers to ensure product specifications are scoped articulated and delivered efficiently through discovery design and build cycles You will also be responsible for evaluating the end-to-end business implications of product strategies defining success metrics and ensuring measurable business impact You will work across diverse product domains and industries delivering high-quality software while empowering teams to operate at their best The role includes participating in customer-facing activities such as discovery workshops roadmap alignment sessions and product demonstrations Altir fosters a positive diverse and supportive culture We look for teammates who are curious inventive and self-motivated as we continue to grow rapidly 8 years of software engineering or broader technology experience with a minimum of 3 years in Product Management or a similar role Proven experience working directly with engineering teams and business stakeholders as a hands-on product leader Demonstrated track record of launching products that drive measurable business outcomes Strong people leadership experience including building coaching and managing Product teams Hands-on experience building production-quality software in an agile setting Strong strategic thinking with the ability to drive multi-quarter product vision and translate strategy into detailed execution plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience leading customer discovery workshops product demos and roadmap discussions Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams Familiarity with modern AI ML technologies and their application within enterprise products
