Job Title Field Engineer - Broadband Fiber Network Company Bharti Airtel Limited Job Summary The Field Engineer will be responsible for installing maintaining and troubleshooting broadband and fiber connections while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Handle installation maintenance and troubleshooting of broadband and fiber connections Conduct network testing signal checks and fault rectification at customer premises or field sites Support the Network Operations NOC team in resolving connectivity and service issues Ensure timely completion of customer installations and service requests Maintain accurate documentation for all tasks installation reports service tickets etc Coordinate with backend teams and vendors for issue escalation and resolution Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure service uptime and quality Follow Airtel s safety quality and operational standards Provide technical assistance to customers during setup and usage Meet assigned performance metrics such as service uptime response time and customer satisfaction Skills Qualifications Education Diploma ITI B Tech in Electronics Electrical or a related field Technical Skills Basic understanding of networking routers and fiber optics Soft Skills Good communication and customer-handling abilities Work Environment Willingness to work on-field and in shifts as required Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
