We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our team specializing in the Advance manufacturing engineering The ideal candidate will be responsible for automation of manufacturing lines Assembly Line layout design development Jigs fixtures Design Development Process Documentation- SOP PFC PFMEA PCP Standard Work Poka-Yoke Development NPI - New Product Introduction optimizing manufacturing processes ensuring product quality and enhancing operational efficiency This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing principles advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering AME Senior Analyst is responsible for developing improving and implementing advanced manufacturing processes and technologies to ensure productive high-quality and cost-effective production RESPONSIBILITIES o Process Improvement Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency reduce costs and enhance product quality o Quality Assurance Develop and implement quality control procedures specific to manufacturing ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations o Project Management Lead and manage engineering projects related to systems from concept through implementation including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation o Technical Support Provide technical support to production teams troubleshoot issues specific to the manufacturing and implement corrective actions o Lean Manufacturing Promote and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to drive continuous improvement in the production line o Equipment Management Oversee the selection installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tools specific to the systems o Data Analysis Analyze production data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement in the manufacturing o Documentation Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes procedures and modifications
