About Company A leading NSE BSE-listed real estate group invites applications for the following position in luxury commercial property on the company s permanent rolls Position Dy Manager - Technical Facilities Job Location Cochin Kerala Responsibilities Manage daily operations of HVAC electrical plumbing DG UPS lifts CCTV fire safety BMS and related building systems Execute preventive and corrective maintenance statutory compliance documentation and audits Oversee soft services housekeeping pantry security pest control front office waste management and events ensuring hygiene safety and service quality Coordinate with vendors contractors and building teams monitor SLAs KPIs negotiate quotes and support CAPEX OPEX planning Maintain asset records AMCs consumables and spares manage inventory cost control and timely replenishment Serve as the central contact for FM operations resolve escalations and collaborate with internal teams for seamless centre operations Qualification Experience Diploma Graduate in Engineering with 6 - 8 years of experience in technical and soft services preferably corporate commercial real estate Strong knowledge of MEP systems vendor inventory management compliance and facility operations Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
