Responsible for purchasing all materials components and services required for automobile manufacturing Source and procure sheet metal components fabricated parts welded assemblies and related hardware used in vehicle production Identify evaluate and select suppliers for sheet metal machining fabrication casting and other automotive components Negotiate prices delivery terms and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining required quality standards Review engineering drawings BOMs and technical specifications to ensure correct procurement of sheet metal parts and other components Coordinate with Production Quality Stores Planning and Design teams to ensure timely material availability and avoid line stoppages Maintain daily follow-ups with suppliers for delivery schedules shortages and priority parts Prepare and release purchase orders maintain supplier records and manage all documentation in the ERP system Conduct supplier visits to check manufacturing capability tool availability and process compliance for sheet metal fabrication Monitor supplier performance for quality delivery pricing and capacity utilization Develop new vendors for sheet metal items brackets frames chassis parts and other auto components Support cost-reduction initiatives through alternate sourcing VA VE and material optimization Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies quality standards and audit requirements Utilize good communication negotiation and technical understanding to manage the entire procurement cycle effectively Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
