We are seeking an experienced National Sales Head who has robust technical expertise in PVC Additives and PVC Pipe Raw Material The ideal candidate must understand internal external lubricants impact modifiers CPE replacements and PVC pipe formulation He should be capable of building and leading a pan-India field sales team to drive consistent business growth Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the PVC additives sales team across India Develop sales strategies focused on rigid PVC uPVC pipe manufacturers Conduct technical presentations explaining performance benefits of internal external lubricant replacements and CPE impact modifier alternatives Work as a Key Account Manager for large PVC pipe groups Support customers during trials testing and troubleshooting Monitor monthly targets pipeline progress and region-wise performance Develop product positioning competitive comparison and market penetration strategy Identify growth clusters in North South West Central India Coordinate with R D production and management for product development and planning Ensure customer satisfaction payment discipline and high retention Required Skills Experience 1 7-12 years in PVC Pipe Raw Materials PVC Additives PVC Lubricants Impact Modifiers or PVC Compounding 2 Strong understanding of PVC Pipe Manufacturing process PVC Pipe formulation PVC Additives their benefits 3 Proven leadership experience 4 Excellent communication negotiation skills 5 Ability to independently handle technical and commercial discussions 6 Proficient in MS Office Google Workspace CRM Preferred Candidate Profile From PVC additives companies PVC compounding companies or large PVC pipe raw material suppliers Self-driven analytical and strong in team building Ready to travel extensively as required Salary 10-14 LPA not a constraint for right candidate Job Type Full-time Pay 83 000 00 - 116 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
