- QC Line Supervisor Designation QC Line Supervisor Industry Plastic Moulding Location Aynambakkam Chennai - 600 095 Work Timing 12-hour shift Weekly rotation 1 week - day shift 1 week - night shift CTC 3 6 LPA Role Overview The QC Line Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of production output during their assigned shift The role requires close coordination with the production team preparation of production-related documents and implementation of quality standards to maintain consistency and reduce defects Key Responsibilities Ensure quality compliance and maintain quality standards throughout the production line during the shift Supervise and monitor the production process to identify defects deviations or quality issues Prepare Production Slips for all machines for each shift accurately and on time Maintain proper documentation of production outputs quality checks and non-conformance records Work closely in sync with the Production Department to ensure smooth workflow and timely reporting of issues Conduct routine inspections and audits on the shop floor to enforce quality processes Coordinate with machine operators and line workers to ensure adherence to SOPs Support root-cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective actions Prepare and submit daily shift-wise QC reports to management Required Skills Qualifications Experience in Quality Control Production Supervision or a similar manufacturing environment role preferred Strong understanding of QC procedures inspection methods and reporting Ability to monitor multiple machines lines and ensure production quality Good documentation and reporting skills Strong communication and coordination abilities Basic computer skills MS Excel documentation Additional Requirements Willingness to work in a 12-hour shift rotation weekly day shift night shift Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce quality standards Ability to work in a rapid-paced industrial environment Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Work Location In person
