Job Summary The Factory Helper will support day-to-day operations across various production lines within the FMCG facility This includes assisting with material handling machine operations packing cleanliness and ensuring smooth workflow Key Responsibilities Assist machine operators in loading unloading raw materials and finished products Handle packing labeling and stacking of goods as per standard operating procedures Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the factory floor and working zones Move materials between storage and production areas using manual or mechanized equipment Help during equipment changeovers and minor maintenance tasks Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times Cooperate with shift supervisors and work closely with other team members to meet deadlines Qualifications and Skills Minimum education High school Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene standards Time management skills and ability to follow instructions precisely Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting Working Conditions Exposure to machinery noise heat dust and chemicals with safety measures in place Shift Night Shift or Day Shift Requires wearing uniforms and safety gear throughout the working hours Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
