Job Title Engineer Site Supervisor Company Transform Design Location Delhi NCRJob Type Full-TimeExperience Required 4-8 years Interior Construction field Industry Interior Design Architecture ConstructionJob Summary We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution coordinating with contractors vendors clients and the design team and ensuring timely project completion Key Responsibilities 1 Site Management Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is progressing as per drawings and schedule Monitor quality of workmanship and materials Handle on-site issues and provide timely solutions Maintain site cleanliness safety and discipline 2 Coordination Coordinate with contractors vendors carpenters electricians plumbers painters and other workers Work closely with the design team to implement drawings layouts and BOQs correctly Communicate project updates site progress and challenges to the project manager and clients 3 Material Management Track material requirements and ensure timely delivery to the site Verify material quality and quantity as per project specifications Maintain records of materials used and material inventory at the site 4 Documentation Reporting Maintain daily work reports attendance of labor and site progress updates Report delays deviations or technical issues to management Ensure proper documentation of measurements changes and approvals 5 Quality Safety Ensure the work meets the company s standards for quality and finish Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance among site workers Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design or construction Strong understanding of interior finishing carpentry electrical plumbing and civil work Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings Valuable communication and coordination skills Problem-solving ability and attention to detail Basic knowledge of MS Office WhatsApp reporting Diploma ITI Bachelor s in Civil Engineering Interior Design or related field preferred Salary 50 000PM-1 25 000PM Benefits 1 Travel Allowance 2 Weekly Off Sunday Second 4th Saturdays off Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 125 000 00 per month Work Location In person
