Sigma Rollers Pvt Ltd is a leading ISO-certified manufacturer of industrial rollers trusted by top OEMs and global clients for precision quality and performance With decades of expertise we specialize in manufacturing new rollers rubberizing printing rollers and engineered roller solutions built to exact OEM specifications Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in New Delhi India is equipped with advanced SPM machines CNC turning centers precision tools and complete in-house production capabilities From core manufacturing to rubberizing finishing quality inspection and after-sales service every process is executed under one roof to ensure unmatched consistency and reliability Role Overview The Assistant Design Quality Engineer will support product design technical documentation component inspection and client coordination activities The role requires strong mechanical engineering fundamentals hands-on experience with precision measurement and the ability to convert concepts or samples into accurate engineering drawings The engineer will collaborate with production quality procurement and clients to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing projects Key Responsibilities1 Drawing Design Create accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings based on samples sketches and engineering inputs Ensure drawings include correct dimensions tolerances GD T and fabrication notes Maintain drawing libraries and revise documents as per project updates 2 Measurement Inspection Carry out precise measurement of components using vernier calipers micrometers bore gauges height gauges etc Verify manufactured parts against design specifications and highlight deviations Support the Quality team in ensuring dimensional accuracy and fitment 3 Bill of Materials BOM Management Prepare complete and accurate BOMs for production and customer orders Coordinate with Stores Production to ensure material availability Update BOMs based on design changes or client feedback 4 Client Coordination Communicate with clients via email phone and site visits to understand technical requirements Provide drawing approvals design clarifications and technical inputs Maintain professional client relationships and ensure timely support 5 Communication Reporting Prepare engineering reports inspection documentation and project updates Coordinate with Production Quality and Procurement teams for smooth workflow Maintain systematic records of drawings revisions communications and approvals Required Competencies Proficiency in AutoCAD and mechanical drafting software Sound understanding of mechanical drawings tolerances GD T machining fabrication processes Strong skills with precision measurement tools Excellent communication skills - fluent English spoken written Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle client interactions independently and professionally Preferred Candidate Profile B Tech Mechanical Production Industrial 5-6 years of experience in a manufacturing fabrication design or engineering environment Residing in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 250 000 00 - 425 000 00 per year Perks Provident Fund Application Question s What is your notice period What is your current CTC What is your expected CTC This is a work from office job from our office in Delhi are you willing to work from office What is your total experience in AutoCAD Design Engineering How many years of experience do you have in a manufacturing or engineering environment Have you prepared mechanical engineering drawings 2D directly from samples sketches or reverse engineering Which precision measurement tools have you used regularly Select all that apply Have you independently performed dimensional inspection and compared parts against engineering drawings Have you created or managed Bill of Materials BOM in your previous roles Are you comfortable communicating directly with clients for technical clarifications drawing approvals and project discussions Work Location In person
