Company NY ESTILO - Interior Design Company Location Thubarahalli Whitefield - Bangalore Work Schedule Monday - Saturday Day Shift Sunday visit only if needed to support Sales Team Job Overview NY ESTILO is hiring a Systems Network Administrator to oversee and support our existing IT setup Configuration and major installations will be handled by vendors but this role requires monitoring the systems solving basic issues coordinating with vendors and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations Full guidance and handover of the existing setup will be provided Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain office LAN Wi-Fi and Internet connections Support and follow-up with vendors regarding mobile network boosters Provide first-level support for CCTV surveillance system issues and coordinate with vendor when needed Monitor and report issues related to Fingerprint Card access control system Manage server and shared drives user access basic troubleshooting Add new systems PCs laptops printers to the network and configure basic access Provide basic hardware and connectivity support to employees Keep updated documentation blueprint of the entire IT setup Track and maintain inventory of IT devices and credentials Coordinate and communicate with vendors for escalations repairs and upgrades Required Skills Knowledge Good basic understanding of Computer networks and Wi-Fi setup Windows systems and shared drives CCTV systems basic handling Access control biometric systems basic handling Printers and office IT equipment Ability to identify and resolve simple issues independently before escalating Strong coordination and follow-up skills with vendors Qualifications Graduate preferred Diploma candidates also welcome 1-4 years of experience preferred freshers with good technical knowledge can apply Employment Details Shift Day shift - Monday to Saturday Sunday Only if required for Sales Team support Job Type Full time Work from office Salary Based on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
