Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning designing and overseeing the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects The role will involve working closely with architects contractors and other engineering professionals to ensure the effective and safe execution of construction projects Key Responsibilities Design Planning Prepare and review engineering designs specifications and cost estimates for civil engineering projects including roads bridges drainage systems and other infrastructure projects Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project requirements Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations and safety standards Project Management Oversee the execution of construction projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet deadlines budget and quality standards Coordinate with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project Monitor and assess project progress making adjustments as necessary to avoid delays or cost overruns Technical Support Quality Control Provide technical support and advice to junior engineers contractors and construction teams Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the integrity and durability of the constructed infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction process Documentation Reporting Maintain detailed project records including plans reports and design modifications Prepare and submit regular progress reports and technical documents to management and clients Sustainability Environmental Impact Assess environmental impacts and incorporate sustainability practices into project designs and execution Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and promote energy-efficient construction practices Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Master s degree preferred Experience 3 years of experience in civil engineering with hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure projects Familiarity with relevant engineering software AutoCAD Civil 3D etc and project management tools Certifications Professional Engineer PE license preferred or in progress Other certifications such as LEED PMP or similar are a plus Skills Abilities Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles materials and methods Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with clients contractors and stakeholders Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Job Type Full-time Pay 15 397 32 - 54 595 60 per month Work Location In person
