Job Title Architect Location Mumbai Traveling to Lonavala Township Sites as required Experience 2 to 7 years Working Days 6 days a week About the Role We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architects to join our team for Della Township projects The ideal candidate should have strong skills in concept planning working drawings licensing drawings and detailing with the ability to coordinate with consultants and municipal authorities This role requires frequent travel between Mumbai and township project sites Key Responsibilities Assist in conceptual planning and design development for township and residential projects Prepare and manage working drawings GFC drawings and detailed construction drawings Support in preparing licensing drawings and coordinating with municipal authorities for approvals Work closely with senior architects consultants and project teams to ensure smooth execution Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained Coordinate with structural MEP and other consultants for integration of services in drawings Ensure drawings and documentation comply with local by-laws DCR and regulatory norms Maintain proper records of drawings revisions and approvals Job Expectations Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Photoshop MS Office knowledge of BIM would be an advantage Strong knowledge of municipal processes building by-laws and licensing procedures Ability to produce accurate drawings with attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel frequently between Mumbai and project locations Minimum Qualification Bachelor s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution Minimum Job Experience 2 to 7 years of qualified experience in architectural design and execution Reporting to HOD Travel Travelling Required
