Spa Manager - We are looking for an experienced and motivated Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa at Twamev Spa The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing staff ensuring excellent client experiences and driving business growth through high service standards and efficient management Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa Manage and lead spa therapists reception staff and support team Ensure top-quality service client satisfaction and complaint resolution Develop staff schedules manage appointments and monitor workflow Maintain hygiene safety and cleanliness standards across the spa Train guide and motivate staff to achieve performance goals Monitor inventory stock levels and coordinate with vendors Plan and promote spa services packages and wellness programs Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business development Keep updated with industry trends and introduce new treatments services Requirements Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a supervisory role in spa hospitality Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of spa therapies wellness trends and client care Organizational and problem-solving skills Diploma Certification in spa management hospitality or wellness preferred Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
