BRIXAT Automation Solutions LLP is a growing technology-driven startup providing automated solutions for various industries With our focus on innovation precision and quality we are now expanding into manufacturing operations to strengthen our in-house capabilities and scale effectively Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Production Manufacturing Lead who will be responsible for establishing and managing BRIXAT s new manufacturing division This role is ideal for a professional with technical expertise and the ability to design set up and streamline manufacturing processes from the ground up Key Responsibilities - Establish and manage the company s first manufacturing operations - Develop standard operating procedures SOPs for fabrication assembly and testing of automation equipment flow meters valves and related systems - Coordinate with design engineering teams to translate concepts into scalable manufacturing processes - Oversee vendor and supplier relationships for raw materials components and machining work - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 2015 standards and implement best practices in quality assurance - Supervise train and lead shop-floor technicians and workers - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost quality and efficiency - Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management Required Qualifications Skills - Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Instrumentation Production Engineering Master s preferred but not mandatory - 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing production setup preferably in industrial automation instrumentation or fluid-based equipment industries - Proven track record of setting up or scaling production lines - Strong understanding of fabrication machining assembly and testing processes - Working knowledge of ISO quality standards and compliance requirements - Ability to manage a team of technicians and coordinate with cross-functional departments - Hands-on approach with problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a startup fast-growing workplace What We Offer - Opportunity to build and lead the manufacturing function from the ground up - Exposure to cutting-edge automation solutions in diverse industries chemicals pharma food beverage water treatment textiles - A growth-oriented and collaborative work culture - Competitive compensation aligned with experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 400 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
