Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated disciplined and adaptable Field Officer to manage manpower deployment ensure smooth site operations and build strong client relationships for our Security Services in and around Dindigul The role involves guiding and mentoring security guards ensuring compliance and serving as the link between management and field staff Key Responsibilities Plan manage and monitor manpower deployment across all assigned sites Arrange timely replacements and relievers to maintain uninterrupted service Conduct regular site visits inspections and audits to ensure service quality Train mentor and groom security personnel on job responsibilities grooming and discipline Enforce attendance punctuality and performance standards at all sites Handle site-level issues conflicts and emergencies with quick resolution Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at the site level Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Prepare and submit daily weekly reports on field activities to management Support management in new site mobilization and handover processes Act as a bridge for effective communication between field employees and management Requirements Diploma or Undergraduate degree any stream 2-3 years of experience in field operations preferably in security services facility management Strong leadership people management and decision-making skills Excellent communication and client-handling abilities Knowledge of manpower scheduling reporting tools will be an added advantage Valid two-wheeler driving license mandatory Willingness to travel frequently within Trichy and nearby areas Apply Now Send your resume to vignesheox gmail com Or apply directly via Indeed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
