Role responsibilities Key Responsibilities Perform installation commissioning and routine maintenance of thermal power equipment such as turbines boilers heat exchangers condensers and associated instrumentation Conduct diagnosis and root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to operational standards and safety protocols Maintain detailed documentation of service visits maintenance logs calibration records and performance reports Provide on-site and remote technical support to client teams during operational issues or planned maintenance shutdowns Coordinate with internal teams including design quality and supply chain to resolve field issues and implement improvements Assist in preparing SOPs risk assessments and maintenance schedules in compliance with industry and environmental regulations Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in thermal and power engineering Key Skills and Competencies In-depth knowledge of thermal power systems mechanical electrical equipment and energy systems Solid understanding of HVAC turbines pressure vessels combustion systems and control instrumentation Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to work under pressure Good communication and client handling skills Familiarity with safety standards such as HAZOP ISO and OSHA regulations Proficient in using diagnostic tools CAD drawings and technical manuals Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 600 000 00 - 650 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
