Role and Responsibilities This role will be responsible for - Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness - Bond documentation and liaising with CHAs Customers for Bond Transfer Despatch- Timely Update to the clients about the status of their orders and unforeseen delays - Maintain records of customer complaints - Handle Returns from Customers- Co-ordination with Customers through Emails and PhonesPreferred Skills - Good communication skills in English- Good Knowledge of Bond Transfer Sales High Seas Sales- Pleasant personality- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excellent typing skills - Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Qualifications and Education Requirements Any Graduate- Experience 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in similar role ref updazz com
