We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field KYC Executive to join our team The candidate will be responsible for conducting Know Your Customer KYC verifications at customer locations based on leads provided by the bank This is a field-based role requiring travel within the assigned area to verify customer documents and ensure regulatory compliance Key Responsibilities Visit customers as per the lead list provided by the bank Collect and verify KYC documents ID proof address proof photographs etc Ensure all collected documents meet the bank s compliance and regulatory standards Upload and submit KYC documents via mobile app or portal as required Provide clear updates to the central team regarding the status of each lead Maintain daily reporting of field visits and lead closures Ensure professionalism and customer satisfaction during all visits Requirements Minimum qualification 12th Pass Graduate preferred Previous experience in field verification KYC documentation work is an advantage Valuable understanding of KYC norms and RBI guidelines training will be provided if needed Must have a smartphone and basic knowledge of using apps and email Valid ID proof and address proof Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred Good communication skills in local language and basic English Key Skills Fieldwork readiness Attention to detail Customer interaction Time management Documentation handling Mobile app usage Job Type Full-time Pay 9 891 13 - 27 892 81 per month Work Location In person
