We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic School Counsellor Trainee who will support the emotional social and academic well-being of our students The trainee will work under the guidance of senior counsellors and the school leadership team to create a supportive workplace that helps students thrive Key Responsibilities Assist in providing counselling support to students on academic personal emotional and social concerns Support students in developing coping strategies stress management and positive behavioral skills Collaborate with teachers and parents to understand and address student needs Maintain confidentiality while documenting student interactions and progress Organize awareness sessions workshops and activities related to mental health and well-being Provide first-line support for students in distress and escalate cases when necessary Participate in professional learning opportunities and training sessions as part of the school s counselling framework Skills Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy patience and a student-centered approach Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and care Enthusiastic learner with a willingness to adapt and grow in a school environment Experience Freshers with a postgraduate degree in Psychology are welcome Prior internship or exposure to school counselling will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
