Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Delhi The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessment therapy and mental health support to individuals families and groups This role requires strong interpersonal skills ethical practice and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy sessions Provide individual group and family counseling as per client needs Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor progress Address mental health concerns such as anxiety depression stress trauma and behavioral issues Maintain accurate case records and documentation in compliance with professional standards Collaborate with psychiatrists physicians and allied health professionals for integrated care Conduct workshops awareness sessions and mental health training for clients and corporate partners Stay updated with the latest research and therapeutic approaches in clinical psychology Requirements Master s or M Phil in Clinical Psychology recognized by RCI RCI registration is mandatory Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience hospital clinic or corporate health setup preferred Strong knowledge of psychometric assessments and therapeutic interventions CBT DBT mindfulness etc Excellent communication and counseling skills Compassionate ethical and culturally sensitive approach to client care Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
