Dear candidates we are hiring for Vendor manager Qualification any graduation Experience 5 Years Location Mumbai Responsibilities Vendor Relationship Management Build and maintain solid professional relationships with key vendors and partners Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor-related issues Vendor Performance Governance Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews as per agreed frequency Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements SLAs and Key Performance Indicators KPIs Ensure penalties and corrective actions are applied in cases of SLA non-compliance Conduct vendor performance benchmarking against industry standards Audits Compliance Conduct regular and ad-hoc vendor audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations Ensure all vendor activities align with organizational governance compliance and regulatory requirements Financial Contract Management Oversee vendor payment processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness Review and support contract renewals amendments and negotiations Cost Optimization Alternate Sourcing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities Evaluate and onboard alternate vendors to strengthen supply resilience and reduce dependency risks Reporting Analytics Prepare periodic vendor performance dashboards and reports for management review Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for vendor strategy improvement Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 200 000 00 - 2 000 000 00 per year Work Location In person
