Job Title IT Telecaller cum Sales Executive Location Kolkata West Bengal Position Type Full-Time Company Web Idea Solution LLP Responsibilities Tele calling Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and leads from provided lists Provide detailed information about our IT products and services Answer client queries and resolve issues related to our offerings Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system Sales Promote and sell IT solutions and services to potential clients Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals set by the management Identify and qualify current sales leads and opportunities Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients Reporting Track and report on daily weekly and monthly sales performance and telecalling activities Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs Collaboration Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and improve sales processes Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in any field a degree in IT or related fields is a plus Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling and sales preferably in the IT industry Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with IT products and services is advantageous Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience IT Telecalling 1 year Preferred Telemarketing 1 year Preferred Language Hindi English Required Work Location In person
