Role Responsibilities Take full ownership of the business and operations of assigned sports facilities Ensure top-notch customer experience at 7-15 venues by managing every operational detail Maintain all venues in excellent operational condition and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning Promptly report and resolve issues across venues Lead and manage a team of 5 to 15 Venue Executives Drive revenue growth through excellent service and value-added offerings Prepare and present weekly monthly performance reports Become an expert in suite of tech products and services Professionally represent us to external stakeholders and partners Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and businesses Submit detailed business and data reports to senior management Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
