We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer and Setter to join our energetic manufacturing team This role is integral to our operations requiring a candidate who is proficient in programming setting up and troubleshooting CNC machinery The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications coupled with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment Responsibilities Program CNC machines according to detailed specifications and technical drawings Set up and calibrate machines to prepare for production runs Monitor machine operations and performance to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and programs as they arise Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on CNC equipment Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine set-up Maintain accurate records of production output machine operations and any issues encountered Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in CNC programming software and controls e g G-code Strong understanding of technical drawings blueprints and specifications Ability to set up and operate various types of CNC machinery milling turning etc Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of machining processes and materials Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Preferred at least a 5 Years of Experience Contact Number - (phone hidden) Vijay Kumar Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Diploma Preferred Language Kannada Preferred Work Location In person
