Job Title Field Officer Location Bangalore Job Type Full-Time About Vigocare Vigocare is a healthcare technology company founded in 2018 headquartered in Singapore with operations in India and Australia Our mission is to extend clinical-grade monitoring and care delivery beyond the hospital setting Our platform supports Remote Patient Monitoring RPM across various disease conditions and specializations We currently work with over 1350 doctors and 40 hospitals having monitored more than 40 000 patients for over 1 million hours Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated Field Officer to support and execute field operations You will be responsible for project implementation field data collection monitoring progress community engagement and reporting The role requires frequent travel to field locations Key Responsibilities Implement field-based projects according to guidelines and timelines Monitor project progress and collect field data Conduct surveys interviews and focus groups Submit regular reports and document field activities Build relationships with community leaders and stakeholders Train and support local teams when required Manage logistics for field operations Troubleshoot issues and ensure compliance with organizational policies Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree any discipline Science - added advantage Experience 1-5 years in field operations project implementation or related roles Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in teams Solid problem-solving and adaptability Experience with data collection tools Proficiency in documentation and report writing Travel Willingness to travel frequently to remote rural areas Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 22 000 00 per month Application Question s Are you okay to work after 6 30PM If additional allowance is given Shift availability Day Shift Required Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Application Deadline 03 08 2025 Expected Start Date 28 07 2025
