We are looking for a hands-on organized and quality-focused Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at landscape and Civil work project sites You ll be the bridge between our design team and on-ground execution ensuring timelines materials labor and quality standards are met Key Responsibilities Supervise all site activities related to execution civil plantation irrigation lighting etc Coordinate with vendors contractors masons and gardeners on-site Ensure design plans are accurately implemented with attention to detail Track material usage delivery schedules and site inventory Communicate project progress to the office team regularly Resolve in office issues and escalate major concerns quickly Ensure safety cleanliness and discipline on site Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience supervising civil execution projects Ability to read and interpret design layout plans Good communication skills in Kannada Hindi or English Basic mobile usage for calls WhatsApp photo sharing etc Must be punctual reliable and accountable Job Type Full-time Shift availability Day Shift Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location In person
