Job Post - Project Engineer Experience required - 5 to 6 Years Job description About the Role As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for aligning the teams and vendor activities to meet the project deadline Timely meeting and updates shall be shared with the client and raise a flag in case of impact on delivery or pricing Understanding Project Scope technical specification BOQ Finalization in line with the Project scope Follow up and co-ordination with all MEP vendors for delivery timeline Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Tender Department Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality Weekly team meeting with customer for project updates and daily meetings with all the internal stack holders for the updates on the activity progress MEP project management of multiple projects including coordination with other trades consultants and contractors to ensure successful project completion Review of project documents for compliance with company standards and procedures Development of project schedules budgets and estimates Coordination and scheduling of MEP resources both internally and externally Tracking of project milestones and deliverables Identification and resolution of project issues and risks Management of change orders and contract modifications Preparation of progress reports and status updates Conducting of project meetings and site visits Quality assurance quality control of MEP systems Commissioning of MEP systems Close-out of MEP project documentation Required Candidate profile Male candidate required Bachelor s degree in engineering Mechanical Electrical field 10 years experience in MEP project management Proven track record of successful project delivery Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project Thorough understanding of Mechanical system and Electrical System drawing Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Well aware of Import and Export process and its documentation Knowledge of Bank grantee s process will be added advantage Qualifications BE Btech Experience 5 Years Role Project Engineer Industry Type Engineering Sea Ports and Airports Department Project Management Job Type Full time Pay 500 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Application Question s What is your Current CTC What is your Expected CTC What is your notice period Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Project management 5 years Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
