Job position- Billing Engineer Years of experience- 2 to 8 years Location- Pune Job summary Responsible for managing the billing process ensuring accurate invoicing and maintaining compliance with contract terms in the construction sector The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates and ensuring financial accuracy throughout project lifecycles Key Responsibilities Billing Management Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects ensuring all invoices are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner adhering to contract terms Cost Estimation Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials labor and equipment update and revise estimates as project parameters change Contract Compliance Ensure billing activities comply with contractual obligations identifying any discrepancies and resolving them efficiently Financial Reporting Generate and analyze billing reports providing insights on project financial status and identifying areas for cost optimization Coordination with Project Teams Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to verify work progress and ensure alignment with billing schedules Software Proficiency Auto-CAD Key Requirements Experience 2-8 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in the construction sector with a solid track record of managing financial aspects of construction projects Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering B Tech B E or a related field Technical Skills Proficiency in construction billing software and tools with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency in financial management Preferred Qualifications Certification in Construction Management Experience with large-scale industrial projects Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
