Job Title Deputy Project Manager - Highway Projects Department Infrastructure Roads Highways Reporting To Project Manager Project Director Project Location Odisha Key Responsibilities Support overall project planning scheduling and execution for highway infrastructure Coordinate with design consultants contractors subcontractors and client representatives Monitor progress against baseline schedules and report variances Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards Assist in resolving technical issues contract disputes and in office challenges Track project costs and budgets ensure financial control and reporting Conduct site inspections audits and reviews to ensure performance and standards Prepare progress reports presentations and documentation for stakeholders Liaise with government agencies for permissions inspections and approvals Act as acting Project Manager in the absence of the PM Required Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Master s preferred 8-12 years of relevant experience in highway construction project management Experience with NHAI MoRTH or State PWD projects preferred Working knowledge of project management tools like MS Project Primavera Familiarity with FIDIC EPC contract management is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person Application Deadline 05 08 2025 Expected Start Date 31 07 2025
