Job Title Quality Controller Company Truedesign Apparels Location Tirupur Tamil Nadu India Job Summary We are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality Controller to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our quality standards throughout the production process from raw material inspection to final product evaluation This role requires a keen eye for detail strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of garment manufacturing processes Key Responsibilities Quality Standards Implementation Establish and maintain quality standards for each department and process ensuring alignment with buyer requirements and industry best practices Pre-Production Oversight Audit incoming fabrics and trims to ensure only quality materials are accepted Participate in product development and sampling stages addressing quality aspects of samples Ensure no faulty fabric is sent for cutting mark minor defects and communicate with the cutting department Prepare audit reports on fabric and trim quality Conduct pre-production meetings to align teams on quality expectations Production Monitoring Perform in-line and end-of-line inspections in the sewing department Conduct inspections and audits in the finishing department Audit packed goods before presenting them to buyer quality assurance Analyse quality reports and develop improvement plans Ensure the final garments meet quality standards through systematic audits Training and Development Train new quality personnel on company quality policies and the use of quality tools Qualifications Diploma or degree in Textile Technology Fashion Design Apparel Production or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the garment manufacturing industry Thorough understanding of fabrics textile production clothing construction techniques and quality control standards Skills Keen attention to detail to identify defects and inconsistencies Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various departments Proficiency in using quality control instruments and software Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health insurance and provident fund Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience QC QA 2 years Required Location Tiruppur Tamil Nadu Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
