Job Title HR Recruiter BPO General Recruitment Experience Minimum 1 Year Location Dimna FiveS Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment or other recruitment domains The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and the ability to meet recruitment targets with a positive and professional approach Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and non-BPO roles Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates skills and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Ensure timely hiring as per the recruitment targets Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment BPO hiring preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-oriented with a proactive and positive approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques Preferred Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Prior experience with volume hiring is an advantage Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ATS is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 14 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
