BIM Model Creation Designing modifying and maintaining BIM models for electrical systems using software like Autodesk Revit Coordination Clash Detection Ensuring seamless integration of electrical systems with architectural structural and MEP disciplines to avoid conflicts Electrical System Design Assisting in the design of lighting power plumbing fire alarm ELV system and communication systems using BIM tools Documentation Compliance Preparing detailed electrical plumbing fire alarm ELV layouts schedules and ensuring adherence to project-specific BIM execution plans Quality Control Model Reviews Conducting clash detection using tools like Navisworks and ensuring models meet project specifications Collaboration Working closely with project managers engineers and contractors to align BIM models with project goals Prepare a daily progress report DPR and submit it to the concerned engineer manager Support to take quantity as-built drawings and other requirements to prepare documentation work Maintain accurately and effectively all necessary files records including the use of computerized systems QUALIFICATIONS Educational Qualifications A Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering Technical Skills Knowledge of Electrical Plumbing Fire fighting HVAC system Software Proficiency Familiarity with Autodesk Revit Navisworks BIM 360 SketchUp and MS Office Communication Teamwork Engineers often collaborate with other professionals so robust communication skills are valuable Certifications Internships Completing internships or certifications in BIM design Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person Expected Start Date 04 08 2025
