Job Summary The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations driving business growth leading the branch team and ensuring compliance with company policies and NBFC regulations Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning Achieve business targets for loans and financial products Lead train and motivate branch staff Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues Ensure compliance with NBFC guidelines and company policies Monitor branch performance reports and documentation Coordinate with Area Manager and Head office Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Gold Loan operations including at least 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager Experience in NBFC finance or banking sector preferred Robust leadership and team management skills Good communication and customer-handling abilities Basic computer and reporting skills Both Male and female candidates can apply Benefits Attractive salary package Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
