Project Role Quality Engineering Lead Test Lead Project Role Description Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies Applies testing methodologies principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution Must have skills Business Architecture Good to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Project Management exposure to support initiatives within the Wealth Management domain The role involves collaborating with stakeholders managing requirements supporting project delivery and ensuring solutions align with business and regulatory needs Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Elicit analyze document and validate business requirements related to Wealth Management products Investments Portfolio Management Advisory Risk Profiling etc Prepare BRDs FRDs user stories process flows and gap analysis documents Act as a liaison between business stakeholders technology teams and vendors Support UAT planning test case review defect triage and business sign-off Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements Project Management Support Assist in project planning tracking and execution across multiple initiatives Monitor project timelines milestones dependencies and risks Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery Prepare status reports dashboards and steering committee presentations Support change management and release planning activities Wealth Management Domain Solid understanding of Wealth Management operations including Client onboarding KYC Portfolio construction performance reporting Asset classes Equities Fixed Income Mutual Funds Alternatives Advisory discretionary services Work closely with business users to optimize processes and enhance client experience Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Business Finance IT or related field 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in Wealth Management or BFSI Hands-on experience with Project Management methodologies Agile Waterfall Hybrid Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills Experience with tools such as JIRA Confluence MS Project Excel PowerPoint Good understanding of SDLC and UAT processes Excellent communication and analytical skills Preferred Skills Exposure to Agile Scrum frameworks Knowledge of regulatory standards SEBI MiFID or equivalent Certification such as CBAP PMI-PBA PMP CSM is a plus Experience working with global stakeholders 15 years full time education
